Starting in Industrial & Product Design, I took the foundations of systems and how people interact with the world around them into UX and Service Design, where the product is an entire ecosystem.
In seven years at CVS Health, I partnered with leaders across pharmacy, insurance, and care management to translate complexity into clear direction. The work I find most meaningful sits at the intersection of experience and coordination, where improving one requires solving the other.
